Luke Wilkins
Before starting Wilkins Tech Works, I spent two and a half years as a Technical Account Manager at Synology — working directly with MSPs, IT teams, and enterprise clients on NAS infrastructure, backup systems, and multi-site surveillance deployments. Before that, I was at Microsoft doing compatibility and performance testing, which means I spent years making sure hardware and software hold up under real-world conditions. I'll also happily nerd out about your gaming rig if you want to go there.
I've seen the same problems everywhere I've worked with small businesses: backup that's never been tested, security that exists only on paper, and IT support that's either absent or a national call center that doesn't know your network from anyone else's. Wilkins Tech Works exists because Snohomish County businesses deserve better than that — real expertise, local presence, and someone who actually picks up the phone.
Outside the IT world, I've spent the last several years doing standup comedy at open mics and small venues around Seattle. It keeps me sharp, keeps me grounded, and means I genuinely enjoy conversations with people. If our first meeting feels more like a good conversation than a sales call, that's intentional.
